BEIJING, Dec. 25 -- Recently, the Chinese PLA Army Engineering University hosted the "Jingwu-2024" military competition. Set against the backdrop of a 10-member squad performing combat tasks, the competition required participants to carry combat gears with individual loads of 25 kg, march 50 km in unfamiliar terrain, and complete 10 subjects including obstacle breaching and crossing, orienteering, and nighttime reconnaissance. The competition comprehensively tested the physical strength, command skills, and squad coordination capabilities of the participants.
