BEIJING, Nov. 26 -- Ground crew, the aircraft maintenance personnel, are responsible for the safety of aircraft and pilots. Their job is to conduct regular inspections and perform general maintenance and repairs for all parts of the aircraft before and after every flight, so as to make sure that the aircraft is operationally ready and every flight is smooth.
