BEIJING, Mar. 26 -- Recently, troops of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Xinjiang Military Command launched an integrated live-fire exercise in the hinterland of Karakoram Mountains with an altitude of 5,200 meters. After arriving at the designated location through a treacherous route, various troops immediately commenced communication and liaison, radar reconnaissance, guard and defense, position fortification and other tasks.
