BEIJING, Nov. 8 -- Recently, a brigade under the PLA 74th Group Army maneuvered a thousand kilometers to the desert in northwest China to conduct an all-element and whole-process live-fire training exercise across day and night. The offensive and defensive capabilities of the troops have been effectively tempered through the exercise.
