BEIJING, Dec.23 -- China and Russia have conducted 10 Joint Sea naval exercises since 2012. After years of cooperation, the two navies have gradually formed a mature and standardized model to organize joint exercises on the basis of high-level mutual trust and in-depth cooperation.
