BEIJING, Oct. 24 -- Recently, the power supply to the garrison stationed on the Sushan Island, Rongcheng City, east China's Shandong Province, got resumed after three consecutive days' emergency repair of the faulty subsea cable by workers of local power company.

Over the years, the local power company kept providing volunteer services to ensure the power supply to the troops stationed there.
