A division under the PLA Xinjiang Military Command launched a night raid drill recently in the Karakoram Mountains at an elevation of over 4700 meter, where the temperature reached as low as -30℃. In the video, the vehicles attached to a reconnaissance detachment ran on mountain road with lights turned off, and the drivers wore the equipment similar to VR glasses, a type of nighttime driving auxiliary devices that enabled the drivers to have a clear view at night.
