BEIJING, Jan. 14 -- A new type of target scoring system has been unveiled recently in the training ground of an army brigade under the PLA Eastern Theater Command. As a soldier aimed and pulled the trigger, the target scoring system beside him displayed the points of impact distribution almost simultaneously. Meanwhile, the commander manipulated the target boss 100 meters away via a tablet computer in hand.
