BEIJING, Dec. 3 -- The opening ceremony for the China-Pakistan joint anti-terrorist exercise "Warrior-IX" was held at the National Counter Terrorism Center (NCTC) in Pabbi, Pakistan, on December 1, 2025.
The exercise features smarter equipment, realistic training subjects and closer joint operations. Participating troops of the two sides will conduct mixed-group training, actual-force drills and a series of exchange activities.
The commander of the Chinese participating troops stated that they will uphold the spirit of previous China-Pakistan joint anti-terrorist exercises, work with the Pakistani side to jointly promote the pragmatic counter-terrorism cooperation and joint operation capabilities of both nations to a new level.
