J-10C and other types of fighter jets attached to the air force under the Chinese PLA Northern Theater Command recently participated in a large-scale aerial combat training exercise. Focusing on such subjects as coordinated combat and joint operations, the exercise enhanced the pilots' core capabilities in situational awareness, formation collaboration and attack strategy, laying a solid foundation for future combat missions.
