BEIJING, Dec. 2 -- The guided-missile frigate Daqing (Hull 576) attached to the 48th Chinese naval escort taskforce continued to dock at the Port Sultan Qaboos in Oman for replenishment and equipment maintenance.
During the stop, sailors assigned to frigate Daqing conducted mutual ship visits, professional exchange and learning activities with their Omani naval counterparts.
Both sides also shared their experience and practices in such areas as maritime security, escort operations, and other related fields.
