China to take part in anti-terrorism drills
　　The first unit of a Chinese army corps has set off to join anti-terrorism drills in Kazakhstan and is scheduled to arrive at a drilling area in Kazakhstan on September the 7th.

Clean-up work over in Yingxiu
　　The water that submerged Yingxiu county has subsided. After four days of tireless work, soldiers cleared nearly all the mud, bringing things in the county back on track. Peter Koveos takes a closer look.

More rain forecast for Zhouqu county
　　As of Wednesday, the death toll from the massive mudslide in northwest China's Gansu Province reached 1178. Another 627 people are missing. The meteorological authority says more rain will hit the area, likely to trigger more landslides. The Ministry of Land and Resources is making preparations to ward off potential dangers.
