Stages of Peace Mission 2009
July 22: Chief of General Staff and General of the Army of the Russian Armed Forces and Chief of the General Staff of the Chinese PLA Chen Bingde will hold strategic talks in Russia's Khabarovsk.

July 23-26: Troops from the two militaries will conduct an exercise at the Taonan combined tactics training base in the Shenyang Military Area Command of the Chinese PLA where theater-level command headquarters of both sides will be established.
