Gen.Chang Wanquan

Gen. Chang Wanquan, male and of Han nationality, was born in January 1949 in Nanyang, central China's Henan province.

He joined the army in March 1968 and joined the Communist Party of China in November that year. He graduated from the Weinan Normal Vocational School in Shaanxi province and got an on-the-job junior college degree.

Chang Wanquan is a member of the 18th CPC Central Committee, a member of the CPC Central Military Committee and Central Military Committee of the People's Republic of China, a state councilor, a member in the Party Group of the State Council and defense minister.
