PLA Academy of Military Medical Sciences sets up “lecturing rostrum”

To help the doctorate and master degree seekers to improve their comprehensive quality during the time of learning professional knowledge, the Academy of Military Medical Sciences (AMMS) of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army began to give lectures through the “Lecturing Rostrum” it set up regularly to the postgraduates in 2004. Up to the present, more than 200 famous experts gave lectures on the “Lecturing Rostrum” of the AMMS to the postgraduates.
The AMMS invited a large number of academicians, experts and professors from noted domestic and foreign scientific research institutes to serve as guest professors for the postgraduate education, covering such multiple subjects and fields as biology, basic medicine, computer science, astronomy, philosophy, literature, history and psychology.
About 200 masters from various circles including He Zuoxiu, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and physicist, Li Zhaoxing, former foreign minister of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), and Wang Meng, former minister of culture of the PRC, ever gave lectures on the “Lecturing Rostrum” of the AMMS to the postgraduates.
In early November, Jin Yinan, famous Chinese expert in strategic study and professor of the National Defense University of the Chinese PLA, gave a lecture on “Current Security Situation and the Countermeasures” to the postgraduates of the AMMS.
